Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment, therefore cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Item Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment status. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind / Customer Preference

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • personal preference
  • orders placed by mistake

once the order has been processed or shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of international shipping , returns are generally not required unless specifically requested by our support team.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
